1. Overview
Relationship Tracker is a private, couples-first iOS app that helps you remember little things, memories, important dates, gift ideas, and other details about your partner. We designed the app so your relationship notes stay personal.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use your relationship content for advertising. We do not share private memories, notes, partner names, dates, or gift ideas with third parties for marketing.
2. Data stored in the app
Depending on how you use Relationship Tracker, you may enter or save information such as:
- Partner or relationship profile details (for example, a name or nickname)
- Notes, memories, and personal observations
- Important dates and related reminders
- Gift ideas and related notes
- App preferences, including notification settings
Primary storage: This information is primarily stored locally on your device. If cloud sync is added in a future version, we will update this Privacy Policy before that feature is offered and explain what is synced and how it is protected.
3. Data that may be processed outside the app content
Aside from the personal content you save in the app, certain limited information may be processed to operate the product:
- Purchase and subscription information — If you subscribe or make an in-app purchase, Apple processes payment details. We may use RevenueCat to manage subscription status and entitlements. RevenueCat and Apple receive the information needed to process purchases and restore subscriptions (for example, anonymized or account-linked identifiers and purchase history), not your private relationship notes.
- Device and diagnostic data — Apple or optional analytics tools may process limited technical information such as device type, app version, crash logs, or performance data to help us keep the app reliable. Relationship memories, notes, partner details, dates, and gift ideas are not used for advertising.
- Support communications — If you email us, we receive the content of your message and your email address so we can respond.
- Website data — This website is a static informational site. It does not require an account. Standard web server or hosting logs (for example, IP address, browser type, and pages requested) may be processed by our hosting provider (such as Cloudflare) for security and reliability.
4. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide and maintain the Relationship Tracker app and website
- Enable features you request, such as local reminders
- Process subscriptions and restore purchases through Apple and, if used, RevenueCat
- Respond to support requests
- Improve reliability, fix bugs, and maintain security
- Comply with law and App Store requirements
We do not use private memories, notes, partner names, dates, or gift ideas to build advertising profiles or to sell ads.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Subscriptions and in-app purchases are handled through the Apple App Store. Apple’s privacy policy and terms apply to payment processing. We do not receive your full payment card details.
If RevenueCat is used for subscription management, RevenueCat’s processing is limited to subscription status and related purchase metadata. It is not used to read or market your private relationship content.
6. Analytics
If analytics are enabled, they are intended to understand basic app usage and stability (for example, whether a screen loads or a crash occurs), not to monetize your relationship data. We do not sell analytics derived from your private notes, memories, partner details, dates, or gift ideas for advertising.
7. Sharing of information
We share information only as needed to operate the app, including with:
- Apple — for App Store distribution, in-app purchases, and related Apple services
- RevenueCat — if used, for subscription management
- Hosting providers — such as Cloudflare, for this website
- Legal and safety — when required by law or to protect rights and safety
We do not sell personal data. We do not share private relationship content with third parties for marketing.
8. Data retention
Local app content remains on your device until you delete it or remove the app. Support emails are retained as long as needed to resolve your request and maintain ordinary business records. Purchase records may be retained as required for accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.
9. Security
We take reasonable measures appropriate to the nature of the product. Because much of your content is stored on your device, protecting your device passcode, Apple ID, and backups is an important part of keeping that information safe.
10. Children’s privacy
Relationship Tracker is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
11. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal information, or to object to certain processing. Because most app content is stored on your device, you can usually review and delete it directly in the app or by uninstalling the app.

12. International users
If you use the app or website from outside the country where we operate, your information may be processed in locations where we or our service providers maintain facilities, subject to applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. If cloud sync or other material changes are introduced, we will update this policy to describe them.
